Use sunscreen or not? 9 important beauty tips



The sun is glorious, we get vitamin D and get happier. How to enjoy and be sensible at the same time.


1; CLEANSE SKIN NATURALLY

You can prevent dehydration by not cleansing the skin aggressively. Make-up cleansing wipes often contain alcohol. Alcohol seriously dehydrates the skin. Do not use products with alcohol, perfume or other irritants. Rosenberg Skin Clinic's N1 Cleansing Oil cleanses with a vitamin oil that you can also simply apply as a skin oil!


2; COLD SHOWER

Shower as cold as possible, a hot shower dries out the skin. Also, don't shower for long because water has a different PH value than your skin, even cold water. After showering, bring your skin back to the right PH value with Tonic N3 (toner). This ensures that your skin does not become tight and is more resistant to bad bacteria while the good bacteria, the so-called microbiome, enjoy this PH toner!


3; AFTER SHOWER CARE

Always moisturise after showering. If you don't go into the sun, then Rosenberg Skin Clinic's Cleansing Oil . If you go out in the sun, seize this moment for a good SPF protection.


4; THE SUN, FRIEND OR FOE

Warm weather with lots of sun also has a drying effect. Of course, you should apply a good SPF 30 to your skin but beware that this does not create a false sense of security. You can still get sunburn. Avoid the sun between 11am and 3pm or wear a hat, white umbrella or seek shade. Great for a power nap or still go into the office to catch up. 5; AIRCO

6; HYDRATE WITH HYALURONIC ACID

7; DON'T BECOME A WRINKLED APPLE

And of course you can apply Vitamin A Glycolic acid or the product PIGMENT for that problem, but that only makes sense if you also remove the cause, which is the sun (and perfume + possibly hormones).


8; TO APPLY OR NOT TO APPLY SUN CREAM

There is a lot going on right now about whether or not to lubricate. The bottom line; make sure you don't burn, even a little. Getting burnt is always worse than any dreg cream. Or put on a nice wide white blouse for a few hours. Your skin will stay nicer and won't peel.

Compare it to food, good nutrition is healthy. Too much is always too much. Excess harms, that's with everything. So apply or take shade. You will get brown anyway...and browner.


9; NIGHT AS A SPA
